Focus — Game & New Media

Press start.
Build another world.

Games, XR, and everything in between — VR, AR, MR, every engine, every console we could get our hands on, and a studio built to actually ship the thing you prototyped.

Every platform, every reality

If it has a screen or a headset, we've built for it.

10+

Meta Quest 3 headsets on the floor

30

Mac Mini M4s for the team

VR · AR · MR

Every reality, one team

PlayStation

Full library, every generation on the shelf

Xbox

Consoles plus the full Kinect rig for motion input

Wii

Balance Board, dance pads — the whole peripheral drawer

Nintendo

Handheld and home consoles, side by side

Racing rig

Wheel, pedals, and a seat built for sim racing

Flight rig

Yoke and throttle quadrant for flight sims

The studio

Every discipline gets a real setup, not a shared PC.

Same PM tooling as every other division — Jira, Figma, Notion — on top of a kit built specifically for making games and new-media work.

Engines

Whatever the platform actually calls for

Unity for one project, Unreal for the next, Godot when it's the right fit — engineers pick the engine the platform actually needs instead of forcing every idea through the same pipeline.

Art & animation

From first sketch to a motion-captured performance

Twenty-one big drawing tablets get used every day, not just for concept art — the same artists take a character from a sketch through the motion-capture rig to a finished in-game performance.

Audio

Scored and sound-designed in house

Nobody's licensing a stock soundtrack. Tracks get built on real studio gear and mixed by hand, by people in the building who watched the scene they're scoring.

Engineering & hardware

A real device farm, not a simulator guess

Every build gets tested across macOS, Windows, and Linux rigs, on whatever screen a player might actually use — engineers debugging multiplayer sync over a real network, not assuming it just works.

Prototype to shelf

You build the game. We handle getting it out the door.

Publishing accounts, playtesters, and a marketing hand — the parts that aren't game design but still decide whether anyone plays it.

1

Prototype

Playable in days, not sprints

2

Real hands on real hardware before anything ships
